Payment and delivery
Please read the payment and delivery terms carefully.
Our online store brings together products from several of Ukraine's most well-known brands. Our 400 sq. meter warehouse physically cannot hold more than 20,000 product items, so some products need to be moved between warehouses, which takes time. In any case, we will offer you options for a similar replacement product or a specific timeframe for fulfilling your order. We kindly ask for your understanding, and want you to know that from the moment your order reaches us, we track it, remember it, and work to make sure it is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Payment
- We do not work with cash on delivery — all orders are paid for before shipping.
- For legal entities and sole proprietors: non-cash payment, VAT.
- For individuals: payment via IBAN, or through a bank teller / terminal / bank transfer.
Delivery
- Within Zhytomyr — by the company's own transport: delivery the next day after payment, free of charge.
- Within Kyiv — by our own transport, the next day after payment, if the order total is ≥ 1500 UAH, free of charge.
- Nova Poshta — delivery time 2 days (does not depend on order amount). Delivery is paid by the customer.
- Ukrposhta — delivery time up to 5 days (depends on region and Ukrposhta's mood). Does not depend on order amount. Delivery is paid by the customer.
- "Next day" delivery applies provided the item is in stock and paid for before 3 PM. If the item ships from another warehouse or needs to be transferred, a manager will contact you to agree on timing, but this will not exceed 3 business days.
- In case of a shortage or unavailability of an item in stock, we will offer a similar product, a specific shipping date, or a refund.
Confirmation before shipping
- After placing an order, a manager will contact you (by phone / Viber / email) to confirm the recipient's details.
- Delays are possible on holidays, weekends, or during peak periods (back-to-school season) — we will always notify you of this when your order is accepted.
Returns and exchanges
Within 14 days, our online store will replace or refund defective items at our own expense, as well as non-defective items at the customer's expense, provided the product, packaging, and proof of payment are intact, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
